  • Set-Up Only:

    • Our team handles the complete set-up of your event, including overseeing installations and arrangements by rental companies. We ensure that everything is set up according to your specifications and ready for your special day.

  • Break-Down Only:

    • After your event, we manage the complete breakdown process. This includes supervising the removal and packing of all items, including those from rental companies, and ensuring everything is organized and ready for the designated loading area.

  • Set-Up and Break-Down:

    • Enjoy comprehensive service with our all-in-one package that includes both set-up and break-down. We take care of every detail from the initial set-up to the final breakdown, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience throughout your event.

Serenity

Experience the ultimate in event planning with our Serenity Package at Serene Events. This all-inclusive package is designed to ensure every aspect of your special day is meticulously planned and executed, allowing you to enjoy a flawless celebration.

  • Comprehensive Planning:

    • Formal Consultation: Discuss your vision, event styling, and etiquette with our expert team.

    • Vendor Recommendations: Receive a list of preferred vendors and arrange meetings with selected ones.

    • Budget Development: Create and manage a detailed budget to keep your planning on track.

    • Checklist Management: Develop and oversee a thorough checklist to ensure no detail is overlooked.

    • Onsite Venue Consultation: Includes venue tours and layout planning for both the ceremony and reception.

    • Invitation Services: Assistance with Save the Dates, RSVPs, and response management.

    • Vendor Consultations and Negotiations: Facilitate meetings, negotiate contracts, and establish details with selected vendors.

    • Planning Meetings: Regular check-ins to address any changes or concerns.

    • Venue Walkthroughs: As needed, to ensure everything is set as planned.

    • Unlimited Consultations: Access to phone and email consultations for ongoing support.

    • Final Onsite Details: Finalize the timeline, vendor arrangements, and floor plan on-site.

    • Rehearsal Coordination: Organize and attend the rehearsal to ensure everything runs smoothly.

  • Full Coordination and Set-Up/Break-Down:

    • Includes all duties from the Coordinating packages and Peace Package, encompassing set-up, break-down, and comprehensive day-of coordination.

Tranquility

Experience ultimate peace of mind with our Tranquility Package at Serene Events. Each option is designed to ensure your special day runs smoothly and seamlessly, allowing you to focus on celebrating.

  • 30-Day “Month-Of” Coordinating: Enjoy comprehensive support leading up to your event. This package includes:

    • A formal consultation to discuss your vision and finalize details.

    • A list of preferred vendors and arrangement of meetings with selected ones.

    • Onsite finalization of the timeline, vendor details, and floor plan.

    • Collection of necessary information from vendors.

    • Organization and attendance at the rehearsal.

    • Onsite presence at the ceremony and reception to manage deliveries and greet vendors.

    • Provision of a wedding emergency kit.

    • Behind-the-scenes oversight of the ceremony and reception (up to 12 hours).

    • Coordination of ceremony and reception areas, including flower distribution and assisting with wedding party preparations.

    • Assistance with photos, including gathering members and helping the photographer with placements.

    • Verification of venue readiness, handling last-minute tasks, and ensuring smooth operation of the event schedule.

    • Coordination of grand entrance and formal introductions.

    • Management of vendor issues, ensuring timely payments and tips.

    • Collection and delivery of gifts, personal items, and guest books to designated areas.

    • Ensuring punctual transportation and safe guest departure.

  • Day-Of Only Coordinating:             For those who handle all event planning details themselves, this package offers:

    • All the services provided in the 30-Day “Month-Of” Coordinating package, but without prior assistance in assembling event details.

    • Support is limited to the final meeting, held 3 weeks before the event. There are no support calls, emails, or texts prior to this meeting.

    • This package can be combined with either the Set-Up Only, Break-Down Only, or Set-Up and Break-Down packages.

  • Day-Of Only (With or Without Set-Up and Break-Down):                     Choose this option to include or exclude set-up and break-down services. You will receive full day-of coordination as described, with the flexibility to add our set-up and break-down services as needed.

All packages are designed for events with up to 100 guests. For events exceeding 100 guests, additional staff will be required. For events with over 200 guests, one additional staff member will be needed for every 50 guests.

For any additional charges or upgrades on the day of the event, payment must be made in cash, Zelle, or Venmo and is due before services are provided.
